Next-day delivery (Mon–Fri) from dispatch. Full tracking is provided so you can follow your order every step of the way.
International Shipping (USA)
We now ship to the United States! All US orders are dispatched from our UK studio via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders shipped to the US are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or handling fees determined by US Customs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping fee at checkout.
If an international shipment is refused by the recipient due to customs fees, any return shipping fees incurred by Flaco will be deducted from your final refund.
Order Processing & Tracking
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
Order Tracking: All Royal Mail Tracked 24 and US International Tracked orders include a tracking number sent to your email upon dispatch. You can track your parcel directly via the Royal Mail website.
Note: Royal Mail 2nd Class (UK) is an untracked service. If you require tracking within the UK, we recommend selecting Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.
Important Notes
We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched, so please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Flaco is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside of our control.
For fragile or high-value items such as jewellery, we strongly recommend selecting Royal Mail Tracked 24 for added peace of mind.
