Delivery Within the United Kingdom
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from our Buckingham -based studio.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer two delivery options at checkout:
Royal Mail 2nd Class — Free Available on all orders. Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days from dispatch. Please allow up to 5 working days during peak periods.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.99 Our premium delivery option. Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days from dispatch. Full tracking is provided so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (where applicable).
Tracking Your Order
All Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders include a tracking number sent to your email upon dispatch. You can track your parcel directly via the Royal Mail website.
Royal Mail 2nd Class is an untracked service. If you require tracking, we recommend selecting Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.
Important Notes
We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched, so please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Flaco is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside of our control.
For fragile or high-value items such as jewellery, we strongly recommend selecting Royal Mail Tracked 24 for added peace of mind.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future — stay tuned for updates.
