How long does delivery take?
UK: Free 2nd Class (2–4 days) or Tracked 24 for £4.99 (1–2 days). USA: £20.00 via International Tracked (5–8 days).
Do I have to pay customs on US orders?
Yes — US orders are shipped DDU. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging. Email info@flacomilano.com before sending anything back.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
